Only one game has issues:

Frankie Dettori Racing
	This game must be put on a dvd to play, and even then it seems that it will not play successfully via any configuration on a classic Xbox.

Any game marked with [PAL] will only boot on Xbox systes with PAL eeproms, or when launched as PAL in XBMC by hitting the white button and selecting that option.
This is due to the marked games not having NTSC support coded in. As a result they only work on PAL televisions. If a solution arises an update will be posted.
